The Photographer retains Copyright to all photographs and images taken. The Photographer can use any image to promote Cary Ellis Photography on social media, advertising, or The Photographer portfolio. The Photographer grants the Client to publish digital files on social media or make other copies of prints from digital files. Processing of the proofs will be finished within one week unless otherwise mentioned. Once everyones order has been received by The Photographer, only then will the order be placed to print the photographs. Printing time depends solely on printing company. This is out of The Photographers control. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY E-TRANSFER. ALL E-TRANSFER PAYMENTS ARE TO BE SENT TO MY EMAIL, INFO@CARYELLISPHOTOGRAPHY.COM.
