This contract ("Contract") is entered into between Cary Ellis Photography ("Photographer") and [Client's Name Above] ("Client") for the purpose of conducting a mini portrait session on March 5th. ("Session Date"). Services: Photographer agrees to provide photography services for the Mini Portrait Session on the Session Date. The session will last for a maximum of 15 minutes and will take place at the location agreed upon by the parties. Ownership and Use of Images: Photographer owns the copyright to all images created during the Mini Portrait Session. Client acknowledges that the images may be used by the Photographer for advertising, display, website, portfolio, or any other purpose. The images are licensed to the Client for personal use only, and may not be used for commercial or advertising purposes without the Photographer's prior written consent. If Client desires to use the images for commercial or advertising purposes, a separate licensing agreement must be negotiated and a license fee will be charged. Liability and Indemnification: Photographer is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the Mini Portrait Session. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Photographer from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of Client's use of the images or Client's breach of this Contract. Payment and Cancellation: The total fee for the Mini Portrait Session is $0.00. Model Release: Client grants Photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish images of Client for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. Client releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images. By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read and understand this Contract, and agree to be bound by its terms.
